Commission info

I'm willing and able to draw pretty much anything, including suggestive and/or gorey content. However, I reserve the right to refuse any commission on any grounds.You can check my social media accounts for more examples of my art, and you can find the detailed terms of service here.

Halfbody character art - €80

Comes with a simple color background. Each additional character adds 50% to the price. If I deem the design particularly complex I will charge a separate 20% extra (think FFXIV plate armor or ultimate weapons).

Meme redraw - €50

Each additional character adds 50% to the price.

Anything else - ask for quote

Outside these two fixed formats there are simply too many factors to consider when pricing commissions for me to be able to give a hard price out the gate. Backgrounds, convoluted symbolism, designing your character and making a sheet for them, animals, monsters, robots, comics, and more are all possible.Don't be scared to email me for a quote, asking is free! The examples below range roughly €120-€500.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
• Throughout this agreement, “I” “me”, and “my” all refer to the artist going by Coolchulainn and owner of associated social media accounts as listed on the home page of this website. “You” and “your” refer to the client.
• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to comply to the terms of this agreement. The contents of this agreement may be changed at any time and without notice, for example to comply with new regulations. Make sure to check back regularly.COMMISSION PROCESS
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission on any grounds. I additionally reserve the right to cancel the commission process at any point for any reason.
• Payment is through PayPal by means of PayPal invoices. This invoice will be sent to the email you used to contact me, and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay this invoice.
• I will send out the invoice once commission details have been confirmed. I will not start the commission until after payment has been received.
• After payment has been received you will receive a sketch to allow for comments and revisions. Depending on the scope of the commission, there might be multiple sketch rounds. Once the sketch has been approved I will proceed to finish the artwork.
• Once the finished artwork has been delivered you are allowed up to 2 minor revisions. Examples of minor revisions include tweaking colors, redrawing small parts like the eyebrows of a character, or fixing mistakes like a missing outfit detail. Third and later revisions, or major revisions, are outside the scope of the initial commission agreement and will require another payment. Examples of major revisions include changing the pose or outfit of a character.REFUNDS
• You are eligible for an unconditional refund up until the sketch is approved. After the sketch is approved I will no longer be accepting refunds, with the following exceptions:
• If I am unable to complete your commission within 3 months (or another individually agreed on timeframe) after payment you will be eligible for a refund. I will contact you if I expect to be unable to complete the commission within the established timeframe to discuss whether you want a refund.
• If I decide to cancel the commission process on any grounds you will be refunded as soon as possible.
• For meme redraw commissions the sketch phase is usually skipped, since the original image serves as a sketch for the sake of drawing the artwork. Should the sketch phase in a meme redraw commission be skipped, you will not be eligible for a refund after payment, unless the established exceptions apply. You are allowed to request a sketch for a meme redraw commission at no extra cost, and in this case you will be eligible for a refund up until the sketch is approved or when the established exceptions apply.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All original artwork produced as part of the commission process is owned by me and protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. I keep all rights to the commissioned artwork.
• You are allowed to repost the commissioned artwork or use it as profile icon/header/etc for personal/nonprofit use on any platform you desire, provided that it comes paired with a link to either this website or any of my social media accounts. The link must be located in a clearly accessible place, for example the post description or comments, or your profile description.
• You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork in your own projects unless explicit permission has been granted. I am open to creating art assets for your project, but terms for use in projects, be it nonprofit or for-profit, are discussed separately and on a case-by-case basis, and may therefore deviate from the general terms of service.
• You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork or any other one of my artworks for NFTs or any project related to the sale or promotion of any form of cryptocurrency. Under no circumstances will I grant permission to use any of my artwork in the creation, sale, or promotion of any form of cryptocurrency or project related to crytocurrency.
• You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork or any other one of my artworks in the creation of AI art or any project related to the sale or promotion of any form of AI art. Under no circumstances will I grant permission to use any of my artwork in the creation, sale, or promotion of any form of AI art or project related to AI art.PRIVACY POLICY
• I am legally not allowed to collect any information from people younger than 16 years without parental permission. As I cannot continue the commission process without collecting the information necessary to communicate over email and send out invoices, you have to be either 16 years or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to commission me. By commissioning me you confirm that you are either 16 years or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. I am not responsible for any damages caused by you lying about your age.
• I have to pass your email address on to PayPal so I can send out invoices. This information will only be passed on to PayPal and not any other third party. I have no control over and am not responsible for how PayPal uses this information. Any other information you voluntarily give me (including but not limited to name, age, or photos of your person) will not be passed on to any third parties under any circumstances.
• Any information that is voluntarily given during the email contact with you and which I reasonably require to continue the commission process will be stored for reference purposes. This information potentially includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, and photos of people. Reference purposes in this context means, for example, using your email in order to send an invoice or using a photo you sent as artistic reference. This information is stored in the email account belonging to the address [email protected] and is subject to the privacy policies of Proton AG. I am the only person who will have access to this email account. You can request to have this information deleted at any time.
